Daniel Kletzky is a seasoned entertainment executive with over 20 years of experience in entertainment licensing, business affairs and production. He has held senior executive positions at Konami Digital Entertainment, Warner Bros. Inc. and TDK Mediactive Inc. He also founded and served as President of Entertainment Licensing Associates (ELA), a Los Angeles based licensing agency and production company. Kletzky is an attorney admitted to practice law in New York State. He maintains an exceptional network of high-level worldwide industry contacts and enjoys a AAA reputation among his peers as well as a unique understanding of doing business in Japan.

Kletzky is considered a pioneer in the licensing of well-known brands for strategically appropriate products and services and as a producer of animated television programming and live action filmed entertainment. His legal background has helped him develop a unique understanding of the entertainment licensing industry, interactive industry, toy and related consumer products industries, resulting in transactions that have and continue to generate multi-million dollar revenue streams for the entertainment brands he has represented. Through his understanding of media buying, production / co-production models, the video game industry and licensing of consumer products, he has formulated, sold and negotiated transactions that have generated hundreds of millions of dollars in worldwide retail sales and consumer impressions while also reinforcing the relevant core brands.

Kletzky has received various production credits including Executive Producer on the Resident Evil live action films as well DOA, House of The Dead, Final Fantasy, among others. He has also produced or executive produced over 100 episodes of animated television for the American television market including the American version of Street Fighter (Fox Kids) and Mega Man (US television syndication).
